We got called out to help a customer in Aurora, OH today. We uncovered a rotted-out kitchen line leaking water and kitchen debris underground which was causing a bad sewer odor. We located the break, removed the concrete and re-piped the bad section.

Installing a cleanout on the footer for future access to jet and inspect the footer surrounding the home. People often don’t think about maintaining the footer because it’s underground. But if your footer is clogged or broken, water around your home won’t flow away and you’ll notice wet walls and a damp basement.
