Meet Frank DeCaro: Your Local Sewer & Drain Expert

Frank DeCaro didn’t stumble into the plumbing industry—he built his career from the ground up. Starting right out of high school, Frank spent nine years mastering every aspect of plumbing, working hard in the field day after day. In 2007, armed with experience and a vision for better service, Frank took a leap of faith.

“I saw a gap in the local market for reliable, no-nonsense drain cleaning,” Frank recalls. “I took a chance, bought my first machine, and built Simply Service Sewer and Drain from scratch, focusing on honesty and getting the job done right the first time.”

What began as a general plumbing service evolved into something more specialized. Recognizing the growing need for expert sewer and drain work, Frank transitioned Simply Service to focus exclusively on what we do best: keeping your drains flowing and your sewer lines functioning perfectly.

A True Family Business

Today, Simply Service Sewer & Drain remains proudly family-owned and operated in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Frank’s two sons, Dario and Dominick DeCaro, now work alongside their father, learning the trade and continuing the family tradition of exceptional service. Together, the DeCaro family brings decades of combined experience to every job, whether residential or commercial.

“I’ve met and helped so many amazing people along the way, and I plan on continuing that for many years to come,” says Frank. “I always want to help all the local communities and eventually pass this on to my boys to carry on the legacy.”
